Marcha contra la ilegalización del PCV
El BP en su reunión ordinaria del día lunes 27/03/2017, en la implementación de la resolución del XXXVII Pleno del Comité Central, en la lucha que adelantamos por la legalización de nuestro Partido, ante el proceso de renovación de nóminas de inscritos de las organizaciones con fines políticos nacionales, que adelanta el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) y ante la falta de repuesta de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ), del recurso interpuesto ante éste, de nulidad del artículo 25 de la Ley de partidos políticos, reuniones públicas y manifestaciones (que data de 1965), siendo esta previa a la Constitución de 1999, colida con principios fundamentales de ésta y es un símbolo de la política policial represiva y anticomunista betancourista durante el puntofijismo.
Con este fin estamos convocando a la Marcha Nacional Unitaria, a realizarse el próximo viernes, 07 de abril de 2017 ante la sede del TSJ.

Rally against illegalization of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV)
In its ordinary meeting on March 27, 2017, putting into practice the resolution of the Plenum XXXVII of the Central Committee, in the struggle that we have advanced for the legalization of our Party faced with the process of renewal of member lists of national political organizations, imposed by the National Electoral Council (CNE), and in the absence of a response from the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) about the appeal filed before it regarding the annulment of Article 25 of the Law of Political Parties, Public Gatherings and Demonstrations (dating from 1965), which is prior to the 1999 Constitution, in violation of fundamental principles of the same Constitution and a symbol of the repressive and anticommunist police-state policies of the Betancourt regime during puntofijismo (the Punto Fijo Pact).
To this end we are convening the National Unitary March, to be held next Friday, April 7, 2017 in front of the headquarters of the TSJ.

DECLARATION IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE BOLIVARIAN REVOLUTION OF VENEZUELA IN FRONT TO THE INTERFERENCE MANEUVERS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATE
The World Federation of Democratic Youths condemns the new attempt of the Organization of American States (OAS), in the person of his General Secretary, Luis Almagro, and of chiefs of State of governments pro imperialistic, of carrying out actions that commit an outrage against of the sovereignty and stability of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to demolish to the Bolivarian Revolution and its vast social, economic, political and cultural achievements in favor of the Venezuelan people. Historically, the OAS has served to the interests of the North American imperialism. The legitimization of invasions to countries like Cuba, Nicaragua, Panama or Dominican Republic is scarcely a small sample of tragic history as organization. In the 21st century, where Latin America and the Carib has experienced important social, political and economic transformations led by revolutionary, popular, progressive and the democratic governments and political process, the capacity of the region has been demonstrated in advancing in its integration and union, with the birth of multilateral spaces as ALBA, the UNASUR and the CELAC, to defend its real interests and to continue becoming free of the domain and control of the American imperialism. In the current regional context, one comes constructing a correlation of forces, which points at the backing of the imperialistic alteration in the region. In spite of it, the popular forces are resisting and facing these new aggressions that commit an outrage against his rights, conquests and recoveries The new attempt of applying in Venezuela the " Democratic Inter-American Letter", the OAS's tool for countries of the region where the institutionalism and the democratic order breaks, it manipulates and distort the current reality of the Venezuelan nation and does not try to know the Bolivarian Government, trying to create the favorable conditions in the public international opinion to legitimize a military direct intervention in Venezuela. From 1998, with the revolutionary, popular and democratic victory with the Commander Hugo Chávez and the beginning of the Bolivarian Revolution, constants have been the assaults and aggressions of the imperialism in opposition to the sovereignty and self-determination of the Venezuelan people. The current pretensions from the OAS are the continuation of the North American imperialism of taking again the control of several and enormous natural Venezuelan resources, among them the major reserves of oil of the world. Likewise, they seek to liquidate the different processes of integration and regional union. The WFDY rejects any attempt of interference on the independence and sovereignty of Venezuela, as well as the aggressions against the Venezuelan people. We express our support to the Bolivarian youth, to the popular movement and to the workers who are fighting against the imperialism..

DECLARACIÓN EN SOLIDARIDAD CON LA REVOLUCIÓN BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA ANTE LAS MANIOBRAS INJERENCISTAS DE LA ORGANIZACION DE ESTADOS AMERICANOS
La Federación Mundial de Juventudes Democráticas condena el nuevo intento de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA), en la persona de su Secretario General, Luis Almagro y de jefes de Estado de gobiernos pro imperialistas, de llevar a cabo acciones que atentan contra la soberanía y estabilidad de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela para derrocar a la Revolución Bolivariana, y con ello, acabar con las conquistas sociales, económicas, políticas y culturales alcanzadas en favor del pueblo venezolano. Históricamente, la OEA ha servido a los intereses del imperialismo norteamericano. La legitimación de invasiones a países como Cuba, Nicaragua, Panamá o República Dominicana es apenas una pequeña muestra de su trágica historia como organización. En el siglo XXI, donde América Latina y el Caribe ha experimentado importantes transformaciones sociales, políticas y económicas lideradas y conducidas por gobiernos y procesos políticos revolucionarios, populares, progresistas y democráticos, se ha demostrado la capacidad de la región en avanzar en su integración y unión, con el nacimiento de espacios multilaterales como el ALBA, la UNASUR y la CELAC, para defender sus verdaderos intereses y seguir independizándose del dominio y control del imperialismo norteamericano. En el actual contexto regional, se viene construyendo una correlación de fuerzas, que apunta al afianzamiento de la recomposición imperialista en la región. A pesar de ello, las fuerzas populares están resistiendo y enfrentando rentes procesos de integración y unión regional. La FMJD rechaza todo intento de injerencia sobre la independencia y soberanía de Venezuela, así como las agresiones contra el pueblo venezolano. Apoyamos a la juventud bolivariana, al movimiento popular y a los trabajadores que están luchando contra el imperialismo.

Recently we have been facing a new wave of international aggression targeting the sovereignty of Venezuela and aiming at absolute dissolution of the Bolivarian Revolution.
The US imperialism under Trump administration has accelerated its provocations against Venezuela with direct sanctions as well as through puppet organizations such as the Organization of American States (OAS). And the reactionary opposition in Venezuela aim to open the path for imperialist intervention by fuelling the tension in the country.
The Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) denounces any attempt of interference in internal affairs of Venezuela and announces its unconditional solidarity with the working people of Venezuela against the hostilities of imperialism and the reactionary opposition.
Imperialist aggression is an unavoidable consequence of the deep crisis that international capitalism is suffering. The international capitalist system, whose internal conflicts get even stronger each day, does not offer anything but violence and exploitation to the working peoples of the world. As long as the power is in the hands of the greedy capitalist class, no achievement on the part of the working people will be safeguarded.
The progressive forces all around the world are faced with the task of strengthening class-based struggles that will lead the working class to the political power.
The class-based struggle program of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) is of vital importance not only for conservation of the achievements of the Bolivarian Revolution and strengthening of the anti-imperialist resistance of the people of Venezuela, but also for complete elimination of exploitation along with the local and foreign parasites that have weighed down like a nightmare on to the entire country.
Conscious of the historical significance of the PCV for the emancipation of the working people in Venezuela, the Communist Party of Turkey calls for immediate withdrawal of any legal regulation that might lead to illegality of this fraternal party which derives its legitimacy from its principled and firm struggle.

Recientemente hemos estado enfrentando una nueva ola de agresión internacional contra la soberanía de Venezuela y con el objetivo de la disolución absoluta de la Revolución Bolivariana.
El imperialismo estadounidense bajo la administración de Trump ha acelerado sus provocaciones contra Venezuela con sanciones directas así como a través de organizaciones marionetas como la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA). Y la oposición reaccionaria en Venezuela pretende abrir el camino a la intervención imperialista incrementando la tensión en el país.
El Partido Comunista de Turquía (TKP) denuncia cualquier intento de injerencia en los asuntos internos de Venezuela y anuncia su solidaridad incondicional con el pueblo trabajador de Venezuela contra las hostilidades del imperialismo y la oposición reaccionaria.
La agresión imperialista es una consecuencia inevitable de la crisis profunda de la cual padece el capitalismo internacional. El sistema internacional capitalista, cuyos conflictos internos se hacen más fuertes cada día, no ofrece otra cosa que violencia y explotación a los pueblos trabajadores del mundo. Mientras el poder esté en manos de la codiciosa clase capitalista, ningún logro por parte del pueblo trabajador será salvaguardado.

Statement on the threat of the National Electoral Council to ban the CP of Venezuela
The Press Office of the CC of the KKE mentioned the following in its statement on the threat of the National Electoral Council to ban the CP of Venezuela:
"The KKE denounces in the most categorical way the threat of the country's National Electoral Council to ban the CP of Venezuela and stands decisively at the side of the communists and will intensify the efforts to express internationalist solidarity in a mass way.
The attempt against the PCV is based on the activation of a law that was passed in 1965 by the anti-communist police state regime of the period, which sought to impose additional mechanisms for the control of political activity.
The National Electoral Council provocatively demands that the Communist Party of Venezuela submits lists of its members in order to "renew" its legalization as a recognized party and this data will be in the hands of the state mechanism and also accessible via the internet.
This attempt against the PCV, which is the most consistent defender of the interests of the working class and the people's rights, takes place in a moment when the deadlocks and the crisis of the capitalist path of development in the country are manifesting themselves intensely and when the threats against the people and the people's movement are sharpening.
The country's government and the political forces which support or tolerate this attack bear great responsibilities.
The working class, the popular strata must draw conclusions and defend the PCV from this new attack and take into account the historical experience which shows that the attacks against the communists are always the precursor for wider attacks against the people's rights and gains.
The KKE expresses its full support to the Communist Party of Venezuela and its decision not to hand over details of its members to the bourgeois state and stands in solidarity with the nationwide mobilization being organized by the PCV on April 7th against the attempt to outlaw the party."

We condemn the intervention of the Organization of American States in Venezuela's internal affairs
The Hungarian Workers' Party was informed deep indignation about the illegal and unlawful attacks by Luis Almagro, the Organization of American States (OAS) Secretary General of attacks against Venezuela constitutionally and legally elected government and president, Nicolás Maduro.
The Hungarian Workers' Party is next to the Venezuelan people. It supports the Government and people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela's struggle against imperialist intervention. We express our solidarity with the Venezuelan workers via protest demonstrations taking place around the country these days.
Venezuela's people and the Government, despite the extremely difficult circumstances, do everything in the country for the normal functioning of the economy. Superhuman efforts are shown so that people have something to eat, to be, to live and to work. Government of Venezuela ensures the constitutional order, run by state institutions.
We firmly believe that for the future of independent national existence of the Venezuelan people, the only way is the continuation of the Bolivarian Revolution. Venezuela's independence can only be maintained on this path and ensure the prosperity of the people.
The Organization of American States for the first time did not intervene in the internal affairs of an independent country. However, this policy contradicts the laws of the body, and roughly violates the interests of other Member States.
We, Hungarians, the Hungarian workers, we can not remain silent when the revolutionary resistance of the Venezuelan people is wanted to be broken. Attacks of the imperialist forces against the Venezuelan people can also make it difficult for us in our struggle for what we do against capitalist exploitation, the rule of money.
We, as all members and friends of the Labor Party, express solidarity with the people of Venezuela!

Dear Comrades,
As the militancy and leadership of the Paraguayan Communist Party, we express our most fraternal solidarity in the face of the outrage of the National Electoral Council of your country.
The activation of a law approved in 1965 by the anti-communist police regime of that time, which sought to impose additional mechanisms to control political activity, provocatively calls on the Communist Party of Venezuela to present the list of members, to "renew" its legalization as a recognized party and that these elements remain in the hands of the state apparatus, as well as accessible on the internet.
We understand that the current crisis of capitalism is expressed in rising levels of violence. The neo-fascist neo-liberal counter-offensive that is taking place on our continent requires us to meet in the streets, in the neighborhoods, in the most organized and united places of work and study, and to deepen our security practices. It is inconceivable that a revolutionary project should put so much valuable information to the accessibility of sectors that seek to destroy our processes.
We reiterate our support and solidarity with the decision of the comrades of the Communist Party of Venezuela not to deliver information to the CNE and to call for a national mobilization against the banning of the party for tomorrow, April 7.

Estimados Camaradas,
Desde la militancia y la dirección del Partido Comunista Paraguayo manifestamos nuestra más fraternal solidaridad ante el atropello del Consejo Nacional Electoral de su país.
La activación de una ley aprobada en 1965 por el régimen policial, anticomunista de entonces, que pretendía imponer mecanismos adicionales de control de la actividad política, pide de manera provocativa al Partido Comunista de Venezuela que presente la nómina de inscritos, para “renovar” su legalización como un partido reconocido y que estos elementos permanezcan en manos del aparato estatal, así como accesibles al internet.
Entendemos que la crisis actual del capitalismo se expresa en niveles ascendentes de violencia. La contraofensiva imperialista y neoliberal con rasgos neofascistas que se desarrolla en nuestro continente requiere que nos encontremos en las calles, en los barrios, en los lugares de trabajo y de estudio más organizados y unidos que nunca, y que profundicemos nuestras prácticas de seguridad. Es inconcebible que un proyecto revolucionario ponga en bandeja información tan preciada a sectores que buscan destruir nuestros procesos.
Reiteramos nuestro apoyo y solidaridad con la decisión de los camaradas del Partido Comunista de Venezuela de no entregar información al CNE y de convocar a una movilización nacional contra la ilegalización del partido para el día de mañana, 7 de abril.

The Communist and Workers' Parties that cooperate in the framework of the "International Communist Review" are in solidarity with the CP of Venezuela
The Communist and Workers parties that cooperate and support the International Communist Review denounce the attempt to outlaw the CP of Venezuela. The National Electoral Council of the country is making demands in relation to the renewal of the PCV’s legalization as a recognized party with conditions that are unacceptable for a communist party and in essence is threatening the PCV with being made illegal for the 4th time in its history.
Specifically, it is demanding that the PCV and other parties hand over the names and complete details of their members to the bourgeois state, on the basis of a law imposed in 1965 by the anticommunist police-state regime of the period.
The PCV over its entire history has been targeted by mechanisms of the bourgeois state, which utilized every means available in order to subjugate it, but the communists resisted.
The PCV has a history of more than 86 years of struggles, sacrifices and contribution to the working class and people of Venezuela. It has come forwards at difficult moments, like today with the intensification of the interventions and pressure of imperialism and the sharpening of the capitalist crisis in the country, as the consistent leading defender of the interests of the working class and the people’s rights against capital, the monopolies, imperialism.
The Communist and Workers Parties declare their full support with the PCV. We call on the working class and the popular strata, the trade unions and the organizations of the people’s movements in our countries to express their multifaceted solidarity with the PCV, to defend the party of the Venezuelan working class, to demand together with us that the government of the country immediately puts a stop to the process against the PCV and ensures the free political activity of the communists.

Mensaje del Partido Argelino por la Democracia y el Socialismo al Partido Comunista de Venezuela
Los comunistas argelinos expresamos nuestra solidaridad con el Partido Comunista de Venezuela en su lucha contra la conspiración para prohibirlo por la aplicación de una antigua ley de 1965. Los apoyamos en su decisión de rechazar esa ley que fue promulgada por el Estado burgués a los pies del imperialismo estadounidense para suprimir y prohibir las actividades de los comunistas y cualquier fuerza opuesta a la dominación imperialista, en particular de los EE.UU., sobre Venezuela.
Las fuerzas reaccionarias de Venezuela han ido todavía más lejos en los últimos meses en la aplicación de esa ley opuesta y anterior a la Constitución de 1999 que garantiza el ejercicio de las libertades democráticas. El Consejo Nacional Electoral y la Sala Constitucional el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, han emitido decisiones que obligan a los partidos políticos a proporcionar los nombres, direcciones y firmas de sus miembros, bajo pena de prohibición y enjuiciamiento. La maniobra se esconde groseramente bajo la razón falaz de renovar la legalización de los partidos y evitar la pertenencia simultánea a dos partidos políticos.
Aunque tuvo una abrumadora mayoría en el parlamento por años, el movimiento político fundado por Chávez y sus partidarios no hizo nada para derogar la ley de 1965. Ciertamente, esto no es un simple error. Es muy probable que esta deficiencia aparente haya sido el resultado de un cálculo de estrangular a los partidos que, aunque apoyaron las acciones de Chávez en favor del pueblo, siempre se han negado a fundirse en las filas del partido de Chávez debido a la naturaleza heterogénea de este partido y a la confusión ideológica de su línea y su programa.
Los comunistas argelinos formulamos esta apreciación a partir de la experiencia de nuestra relación de más de dos décadas con las corrientes pequeñoburguesas nacionalistas del FLN tras la independencia de Argelia. Estas corrientes en el gobierno practicaron una doble moral; prohibieron el Partido Comunista cinco meses después de la independencia y pretendieron construir el socialismo pero persiguiendo a los comunistas y obstaculizando con su inestabilidad ideológica y social la creación de las condiciones para ir al socialismo.
El PCV es el principal objetivo de esta operación antidemocrática y anticonstitucional. La maniobra destinada a impedir que el PCV disfrute de la legalidad y participe en las campañas electorales indica la existencia de una alianza de facto entre sectores influyentes del PSUV y la burguesía.
La clase obrera y amplias capas sociales populares sufren una brutal ofensiva combinada de la burguesía venezolana y el imperialismo mundial para borrar sus principales beneficios económicos y sociales, especialmente los obtenidos durante el gobierno de Chávez. La disminución de los ingresos petroleros y las actitudes reformistas pro-capitalistas ocultas o abiertas de muchos cuadros y dirigentes del llamado régimen “bolivariano”, han sido aprovechadas por la burguesía para lanzar su ofensiva. El sabotaje económico, la organización de la escasez de bienes de consumo, la fuga de capitales, han llevado al empobrecimiento de las masas populares.
Esta ofensiva ha sido posible porque el gobierno de Venezuela fue conciliador con la burguesía. Trató de luchar contra el dominio del imperialismo de Estados Unidos en Venezuela, pero no atacó la base de esa dominación: la propiedad capitalista y las fortunas amasadas a través del comercio y la especulación con los bienes de consumo masivo. Dejó intacta la máquina del Estado burgués y se contentó con distribuir los ingresos del petróleo en beneficio de los sectores más pobres. Pero esos ingresos han podido ser recuperados en gran parte por la burguesía ya que controla el comercio exterior e interior, así como los bancos. La burguesía se ha fortalecido económicamente, mientras que el gobierno anestesiaba a las masas con sus discursos “socialistas” que difundían las viejas ilusiones de que era posible mejorar de forma sostenible las condiciones de vida de los trabajadores sin abolir las relaciones capitalistas de producción. Esas mejoras sociales sólo fueron posibles gracias a la redistribución de los ingresos del petróleo, e hicieron creer que los principios del socialismo científico basado en la abolición de la propiedad privada de los medios de producción habían sido superados.
El régimen político que gobierna Venezuela desde hace 18 años bajo la bandera de “socialismo del siglo 21” reveló su naturaleza social frente a las presiones de la burguesía. Es un régimen pequeñoburgués socialdemócrata. Su ala de derecha pro-burguesa está actualmente involucrada en un plan de degradación de las conquistas sociales y de privatizaciones. Se convierte en peligroso auxiliar de la burguesía.
Las decisiones de las instituciones judiciales no son el resultado de la casualidad o el error. Sus promotores quieren dar muestras de buena conducta al imperialismo y la burguesía atacando al Partido Comunista, tratando de hacerlo desaparecer. Quieren evitar que el partido gane la gran masa de la clase obrera y los sectores populares que están asimilando las lecciones de la experiencia del estancamiento del socialismo pequeñoburgués “bolivariano”. Quieren evitar que un frente de la clase obrera y las masas tomen la iniciativa en defensa de las conquistas sociales de la época de Chávez, para romper la ofensiva de la burguesía y sus aliados en el poder, para ir verdaderamente en el camino hacia el socialismo.
Los comunistas argelinos hemos conocido bien ese tipo de experiencia bajo el régimen de partido único y su discurso socialista que preparó el terreno para la hegemonía total de la burguesía y el imperialismo.

No to the illegalization of the Communist Party of Venezuela!
Communist Party of Poland denounces actions of the National Electoral Council of Venezuela to obstruct activities and ban the Communist Party of Venezuela.
We condemn laws limiting freedom of speech and liquidating democracy, such as requirement of publishing lists of party members to renew its legalization.
Communist Party of Venezuela is a representative of the Venezuelan working class, struggling in the interest of those who were oppressed by the capitalism. Communist Party of Venezuela is among forces defending progressive Bolivarian revolution and its achievements.
All those who tolerate attack against it are allies of the imperialism and groups that strive to dismantle social gains of the Venezuelan people. Venezuela comes through difficult period, when it is being threatened with foreign intervention and violence of the reactionary forces.
We express our solidarity with the popular forces that are defending achievements of the revolution. We support decision of the Communist Party of Venezuela leadership not to hand over lists of the party members to the state and protecting communists from threat of political persecutions.

Condenamos cualquier ley que limite la libertad de expresión y apunte a liquidar la democracia, tal como la que requiere la publicación de las listas de miembros de un partido para renovar su legalidad.
El Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV) es un representante de la clase trabajadora venezolana, y lucha por los intereses de quienes son oprimidos por el capitalismo. El PCV se cuenta entre las fuerzas que defienden la progresista revolución bolivariana y sus logros.
Todos quienes toleren los ataques contra este Partido son aliados del imperialismo y de los grupos que procuran desmantelar los avances sociales obtenidos por el pueblo venezolano. Venezuela atraviesa un difícil período, cuando está siendo amenazada por intervenciones foráneas y por la violencia de las fuerzas reaccionarias.
Expresamos nuestra solidaridad con las fuerzas populares que defienden los logros de la revolución. Apoyamos la decisión de la dirección del PCV de no entregar la lista de los miembros del Partido al Estado, a fin de proteger a los comunistas de la amenaza de persecución política.

Comunistes de Catalunya manifesta su solidaridad con el Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV) ante la intención del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) de Venezuela de ilegalizar al PCV, si no le entrega la relación de militantes.
Recurrir a una ley aprobada en 1965 por el extinto régimen policial y anticomunista de entonces, que pretendía imponer mecanismos de control a la actividad política de los partidos fundamentalmente al Partido Comunista, vuelve a aparecer de manera provocativa exigiendo al Partido Comunista de Venezuela que presente la relación de inscritos, para “renovar” su legalización como un partido reconocido y que estos elementos permanezcan en manos del aparato estatal y accesibles por internet.
Es inconcebible que un proyecto revolucionario que representa el PCV ponga en bandeja información tan preciada a sectores que buscan destruir los procesos de transformación de la sociedad.
La intransigencia del imperialismo con las libertades es un elemento ideológico intrínseco. Es incompatible con la democracia real, con los valores de la humanidad, fraternidad y solidaridad.
Por ello Comunistes de Catalunya reiteramos nuestro apoyo y solidaridad con la decisión de los camaradas del Partido Comunista de Venezuela de no entregar información al CNE. Creemos que sería un enorme error histórico facilitar la relación de su militancia, que podría traer entre otras consecuencias, retraer a la población de incorporarse al Partido Comunista.

Solidaridad con el Partido Comunista de Venezuela
El Partido del Trabajo de Austria (Partei der Arbeit Österreichs, PdA) expresa su plena solidaridad con el Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV). Condenamos todos los intentos para complicar o hacer imposible la actividad legal del PCV.
En particular el deseo actual de la revelación de todos los datos de los miembros al Estado burgués para renovar la aprobación del PCV es inaceptable desde un punto de vista democrático y comunista. Seguro el PCV no va a rendirse a la presión de la nueva ilegalización, y el PdA continuará apoyando al PCV en su lucha revolucionaria contra el capitalismo, el imperialismo y la oligarquía.
Hacemos un llamado al gobierno y las autoridades de Venezuela, que se abstengan de estas y otras medidas y garanticen la actividad política del PCV sin obstáculos.

NO TO THE ILLEGALIZATION OF PCV
Communist Party (CP) of Norway supports the campaign “No to the illegalization of PCV”. PCV has for 86 years been fighting for the working class and the people of Venezuela. Now PCV is for the fourth time threatened with illegalization.
The National Elections Council (CNE) has established new “Rules for Renewal of Enrollment Lists of members of Organizations for National Political Purposes”, and it is mandatory that the membership of all parties must register directly with CNE.
Personal data of registered persons of a party will be open and accessible on CNE web.
This is violating citizen’s right to privacy about political choices, and weakens the principle of secret vote. It is against the Statutes and organic principles of PCV as a party of cadres, and is potentially dangerous to the internal life of the party.
PCV sent in June 10th 2016 a letter to CNE explaining the objections and proposing amendments, but the electoral authorities never replied, disregarding their constitutional duty to do so. On February 16th 2017 PCV filed an appeal for the annulment of Article 25 of the Law of Political Parties, which establishes the requirement of “renewal” of political parties, as such requirement is unconstitutional. CNE nevertheless started the process of “renewal” March 4th.
CNE`s schedule announced due for PCV is 20th and 21st May. PCV will not participate. The final report on the results will be announced between July 9thand 19th. PCV will be “cancelled” and will lose its legal status and entity, with all the implications that this entails.
CP of Norway finds these formal procedures of “renewal” an unacceptable disguised excuse to illegalize the main, oldest and most persistent instrument for the struggle of the Venezuelan working class and people against imperialist domination and exploitation.
CP of Norway finds this “renewal” process total unacceptable, and claim protection of the rights and constitutional guarantees of PCV.
CP of Norway also denunciate the imperialist interference against the sovereignty and self-determination of the Venezuelan people!

El Partido Comunista de Noruega (NKP) apoya la campaña «¡No a la ilegalización del PCV!». Por 86 años, el PCV ha estado luchando por la clase trabajadora y el pueblo de Venezuela. Ahora, por cuarta vez, es amenazado con ser ilegalizado.
El Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) de Venezuela ha establecido nuevas «Normas para la renovación de nóminas de inscritos de las organizaciones con fines políticos nacionales», y ha hecho obligatorio que los miembros de todos los partidos se inscriban directamente ante el CNE.
Los datos personales de las personas inscritas en un partido se harán públicos y accesibles en la página web del CNE. Esto es violatorio de los derechos de los ciudadanos a la privacidad de sus opiniones políticas y debilita el principio del voto secreto. Es contrario a los Estatutos y principios orgánicos del PCV como partido de cuadros, y es potencialmente peligroso para la vida interna del Partido.
El PCV envió el 10 de junio de 2016 una carta al CNE explicando sus objeciones y proponiendo modificaciones a las Normas, pero las autoridades electorales nunca respondieron, incumpliendo su obligación constitucional de hacerlo. El 16 de febrero de 2017, el PCV introdujo ante el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia un recurso de nulidad del Artículo 25 de la ley de partidos políticos, que establece el requisito de «renovación» de los partidos, por ser inconstitucional. El CNE, sin embargo, inició el proceso de «renovación» el pasado 4 de marzo.
El calendario anunciado por el CNE establece que al PCV le corresponde «renovarse» el 20 y 21 de mayo; el PCV no participará en ese proceso. El informe final de los resultados será publicado entre el 9 y el 19 de julio. En consecuencia, el PCV será «cancelado» y perderá su estatus legal y personalidad jurídica, con todas las implicaciones que esto tiene.
El Partido Comunista de Noruega opina que estos procedimientos formales de «renovación» son una excusa disfrazada para ilegalizar al principal, más antiguo y más persistente instrumento para la lucha de la clase trabajadora y el pueblo venezolano contra la dominación imperialista y la explotación.
El Partido Comunista de Noruega encuentra este proceso de «renovación» completamente inaceptable y exige protección para los derechos y garantías constitucionales del PCV.
Asimismo, el Partido Comunista de Noruega denuncia la interferencia imperialista contra la soberanía y la autodeterminación del pueblo de Venezuela.

¡No a la ilegalización del PCV!
La Comisión Internacional del Polo de Renacimiento Comunista en Francia (PRCF) expresa su solidaridad total con nuestros camaradas del Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV).
De hecho, nuestros camaradas están siendo sometidos a un ataque incomprensible por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) de Venezuela, el cual exige que los miembros de los partidos que deseen participar en elecciones se inscriban individualmente en una lista que se hará pública. Esta lista proporcionará un conjunto de datos personales de los inscritos. Por sí solo, esto representa un ataque a las libertades democráticas. Además, son los individuos quienes se inscribirán en esta lista y el Partido no tendrá manera de controlar quiénes se presentan en nombre del Partido.
El PCV en consecuencia ha anunciado su rechazo a esta reforma y trató de discutir este tema con los compañeros del PSUV y de las instancias del gobierno. No han podido obtener ninguna respuesta concreta de estos interlocutores, cuya posición se ha mantenido vaga.
El PCV no se doblegará ante ninguna imposición de ningún tipo.
La fecha límite es el 20 de mayo. El PCV, el partido político más antiguo del país, el partido que lucha contra la explotación capitalista, contra el imperialismo y por la independencia nacional, se ve bajo la amenaza de ser incapacitado legalmente.
Las contradicciones entre el bloque oligárquico-imperialista y el bloque patriótico-bolivariano se agudizan. Y la amenaza contra el PCV tiene repercusiones dentro del bloque antiimperialista, entre cuyos componentes no todos tienen la misma orientación ante la crisis del proceso revolucionario.
Exigimos para el PCV la protección de las leyes y garantías constitucionales.
Condenamos la intervención imperialista contra la soberanía de Venezuela y la autodeterminación del pueblo venezolano.

En nombre del Comité Central del Partido Comunista del Perú (Patria Roja) le hacemos llegar nuestra solidaridad de internacionalismo proletario, contra la desacertada medida del Consejo Nacional Electoral de Venezuela, aplicando normas obsoletas y de tiempos retardatarios, pretende ilegalizar al Glorioso Partido Comunista, por haber asumido su derecho de no entregar la lista de sus afiliados, en defensa de su derecho a su seguridad partidaria.
Esta medida antidemocrática, se da en momentos que el imperialismo y la derecha neoliberal ha desatado una campaña reaccionaria contra las conquistas del gobierno Bolivariano, de pretender derrotar o hacer ingobernable el gobierno del Presidente Maduro, alentando un intervencionismo en los asuntos internos y contra la soberanía del gobierno y pueblo venezolano impulsado por el imperialismo norteamericano, la OEA y las fuerzas de la derecha neoliberal venezolana y latinoamericana.
El Partido Comunista de Venezuela, fiel a sus objetivos concretos e histórico, junto al pueblo venezolano, a la clase obrera y el movimiento popular, estamos persuadidos que derrotará esta torpe maniobre del CNE.
Llamamos a la clase Obrera venezolana, a los trabajadores, a las fuerzas políticas progresistas, al gobierno del Presidente Maduro a derogar estas leyes retrógradas.
Reiterándoles nuestra solidaridad internacionalista y deseando que continúen avanzando en sus objetivos programáticos y revolucionarios, le hacemos llegar nuestros saludos revolucionarios y comunistas.

Solidarity with those fighting to defend Venezuela’s Bolivarian Revolution!
The Party for Socialism and Liberation extends its fullest solidarity with the government of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, the PSUV and all the people fighting to defend the Bolivarian Revolution. We denounce the increasing violence and terror by the right-wing opposition, whose only objective is to overturn the great social struggle that was first launched by revolutionary leader Hugo Chávez. His dream of a just society and sovereign Venezuela that inspired many millions of Venezuelans has never had a moment’s peace.
Whether by coup or oil sabotage or terrorism or economic warfare, U.S. imperialism continues to fund, organize and encourage an internal opposition, as well as seek its right-wing allies in the OAS and other governments to interfere in Venezuela’s internal affairs. We reject the concocted lies and false accusations meant to demonize government leaders in order to justify interventionist plots such as those attempted by OAS head Luis Almagro.
While President Maduro and his government have called for peace and dialogue, the opposition is calling for more violence and outright overthrow of the democratically elected president. Facing this danger, the government has a right and duty to defend the Constitutional order and the people against a coup.
We demand an end to all U.S. destabilization efforts against the Venezuelan people and government. Together with peoples around the world who tomorrow, April 19, are mobilizing in defense of President Maduro, the Bolivarian Revolution and the Venezuelan people, the PSL stands side-by-side with our sisters and brothers, to say:
